A well-optimized Google Business Profile (GBP) is one of the highest-leverage, zero-cost tools you have to fix that.

Property management is a high-trust, high-consideration purchase. Prospective clients—investors, snowbirds, and long-term landlords—are comparing multiple companies before they call. Google's local pack (those three map listings at the top of search results) is often the first shortlist they build.
