Account information (name, email, password) when you sign up; business profile details you add or claim; messages you submit through listing contact forms; order details when you buy from a business through the Saguaro Store; reports you submit about a business; payment information processed by our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers); and usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected via standard web analytics.
3. How we use information
To operate and improve the directory, display and manage business listings, deliver leads to business owners, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and to contact you with updates, offers, and marketing about Saguaro List's own products and services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
4. How we share information
We share data with service providers that power the Service — including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (DNS/email) — only as needed to operate it. When you place an order, request a quote, or contact a business through the Service, we share the relevant details (such as your name, contact information, and order or request details) with that business so it can respond and fulfill your order; the business's own privacy practices apply to its use of that information. We may disclose information to comply with the law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the Service, plus limited analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the directory and our records. Business and contact details submitted to the Service may be kept as part of our listings and historical records even after an account or listing is removed, except where deletion is required by law or you exercise a valid deletion right.
7. Your choices & rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Business owners can edit or remove a claimed listing from their dashboard.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
11. Data ownership
Saguaro List (Bang AutoGlass LLC) owns the directory, its compilation of listings, and the data, content, and insights generated through the Service, including aggregated and de-identified data. By submitting information to the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, and adapt it to operate, improve, promote, and market the Service and our own products and services. We may retain and continue to use this information, subject to applicable law.
